How to Keep a Toned Look for Thong Confidence

Let’s start this post by acknowledging that any man can wear a thong regardless of age or physicality. Especially with a private matter such as underwear, what someone wears under their clothing is their business (and perhaps their partner’s business as well). That said, men’s thong underwear often works best on men with toned and muscular bodies. In fact, one of the reasons why my wife loves seeing me in a thong is because of how thongs for men accent my muscular build. I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic with regard to my exercise habits and nutrition, and this aspect of my lifestyle makes men’s thong underwear a good fit (pun intended) for me. In this post, we’ll explore how to maintain an athletic build to be able to feel and look confident in a thong.

Men’s thong underwear highlights the glutes, abs, thighs, and the shape of the upper body. Having a v-shaped physique is ideal, though not necessarily required. We’ll explore a few ways to achieve this using the most simple tools available.

The first and most important consideration is nutrition. No amount of working out will help you achieve your goal of looking good in a thong without proper nutrition. I recommend using a calorie tracking app such as MyFitnessPal and tracking everything you put in your body, including water intake. Focus on eating plenty of high quality animal protein as well as getting plenty of natural fiber. This should be done with no processed food, or at least very minimal processed food. Consider doing meal prep, preparing all of your snacks in advance, and including intermittent fasting. A very easy lunch meal prep option is to prepare meals consisting of an animal protein such as chicken breast or salmon, a starch such as quinoa or Japanese sweet potato, and a vegetable such as spinach or broccoli. Snacks should consist of fruit, nuts, hard boiled eggs, and other similar items. Also be sure to stay hydrated with water and try to minimize the intake of calories in liquid form.

The next item to include is daily walks. I like to take the long route to the office each day, which offers an additional 20-30 minutes of brisk walking every weekday, and on the weekends I take a long walk each day. Walks are great for keeping your body loose, burning calories, motility, heart health, and mental health. They’re a great way to reconnect with nature, do some thinking, spend quality time with your significant other, or listen to your favorite music or podcasts.

Consider participating in a sport on a regular basis. This will get you moving slightly out of your comfort zone and will have the added benefit of burning even more calories while participating in an activity you enjoy. In essence, it’s like exercising without feeling like you’re exercising. When used to specifically address feeling confident in a thong, if you participate in a competitive sport, you’ll likely see your testosterone level rise and the very act of being competitive will add a natural confidence boost.

As for building a muscular physique, it really doesn’t take all that much. While you could certainly do all sorts of circuits of bodybuilding type exercises in the gym, there’s plenty you could do at home with minimal equipment and time. If you’re not accustomed to working out, start with just pushups and bodyweight squats every other day. If you have a kettlebell, add kettlebell deadlifts or swings, bent over rows, overhead presses, and loaded carries. If you have a pullup bar, add pullups and/or chinups. For more core activation, add planks, deadbugs, and birddogs. 

Once you get in the habit of eating properly, walking daily, playing a sport, and working out 3-4 times per week, you’ll absolutely see results, and likely much quicker than you realize. Once you work your way down to a low BMI, you’ll discover that it’s easier to find thong underwear that fits better, you’ll feel more confident in your thong, and you’ll have more confidence about your body. You’ll also find that you look better in a thong, and this will dramatically increase the likelihood that your partner will find you sexy in a thong as well. As an added benefit, you may find (as have I) that men’s thong underwear is the perfect undergarment for working out as it offers much more support and freedom of movement than more traditional underwear styles. Also, your confidence will very likely impact how your partner perceives you in a thong. Some partners are more driven by this confidence than they are by actually seeing their partner in sexy underwear, and thong underwear may be difficult to pull off successfully if you can’t wear the style confidently. As an added benefit, following these tips will make you healthier.
